A day arranged around you

Set your own rhythm: a gentle morning, a lingering lunch, a late reservation, a fortunate evening.

01

Sunset Terraces

Three west-facing outdoor dining levels, arranged so no two tables sit directly opposite one another. Golden hour here stretches roughly forty minutes. For years we have shaped the menu, music and lighting to honour that window.

VIP Gaming

High-limit tables inside private salons — no onlookers, no cameras, no hurry. Dedicated hosts coordinate transfers, dinner and discretion. Membership is by invitation, though a single weekend stay often earns one.

Culinary Delights

Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose daily harvest shapes tomorrow's menu. Our chefs rarely draft seasonal dishes in advance — each morning the season sketches itself onto the plate, in pencil.

Wellness & Spa

Thalassotherapy drawn from the sea beneath us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and undisturbed calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The feeling is easier to sense than to describe.

YEARS OF QUIET LUXURY
Our Story

A shoreline retreat, refined across 29 years.

Our family has run a resort on this coast since 1997. What began as a modest handful of rooms now spans 110 keys across the estate, with four restaurants and two private salons — yet the rhythm remains unchanged: unhurried mornings, generous lunches, lingering evenings.

We do not chase trends. We set our standard in the opening season and have spent 29 years protecting it, detail by detail: the linen, the lighting, the measure of a pour, the precise temperature of the pool at seven in the morning.

The figure that matters most is loyalty. Roughly 62 percent of guests who book each year have stayed with us before, and many return in the same week, to the same suite, as they did a decade earlier.
